Pet Guardians Enroll Your Dog Today - Starting the Program is Easy!

1. Enroll Your Dog - choose level one or level two depending on the age of your dog. Choose Junior Candidate or Pet Guardian depending on your age.

2. Complete the Health Check Form - as soon as you register you will have access to additional forms and supplemental documents to help you.

3. Pass the Quiz - take the open-book online quiz - Complete the open-book online quiz that tests your knowledge on your dogs needs.

4. Begin Your Program - Start your training and take your assessment

Application Level One Junior Candidate - $6.00 (USD) Subscription period: Unlimited Enroll in Level One if you are under the age of 18 or 21. This is based on your areas legal definition of an adult and your dog is aged 4-9 months of age

Application Level One Pet Guardian - $6.00 (USD) Subscription period: Unlimited Enroll in Level One if you are an adult and your dog is aged 4-9 months of age

Application Level Two Junior Candidate - $6.00 (USD) Subscription period: Unlimited Enroll in Level Two if you are under the age of 18 or 21. This is based on your areas legal definition of an adult and your dog is aged over 6 months

Application Level Two Pet Guardian - $6.00 (USD) Subscription period: Unlimited Enroll in Level Two if you are an adult and your dog is aged over 6 months
